There are many different combinations of salad dressing you can make on your own. You have control over the ingredients, the fat and the salt. This Hummus dressing is delicious and quick to make! This is gluten free, vegan and has 6 g of protein!
Ingredients:
3/4 c cooked chickpeas
1 lemon juiced
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp tahini
1/2 tsp cumin
Blend it all together, adjust seasonings and serve with any salad base. 2-4 servings.
